Luckily for the thousands of new electric car owners which will be joining the ranks over the coming years, range anxiety may soon be a thing of the past thanks to ChargePoint’s home charging solution. For just $ 499 ChargePoint offers a Wi-Fi enabled EV car charger that can be installed in your garage or front yard. Since its networked, you’ll be able to remotely start, schedule, and set reminders for charging right through your mobile app. So how fast does this bad boy charge? There are various SKUs available, but ChargePoint’s 32 amp station promises a maximum of 25 miles of range per hour. Not bad at all!

ChargePoint’s Home EV Charger will go on sale later on this summer.
