Nike’s Transform Jacket is the perfect piece for unpredictable weather situations. The jacket starts off as a tech fleece bomber to stay warm on cooler days and once it starts getting wet out there you can unzip the back and deploy an integrated water-resistant shell that features bonded seams and DWR coating. Once the rain lets up, you pull on a clever strap system at the sides to retract the shell back into your jacket. The jacket can also be removed so both pieces can be worn separately.
Wearable technologies are expected to take off in 2014, bringing with them a great deal of versatility and “Wow! Never seen that before” wonder.
