The McLaren 650S moniker comes darn close to describing how many horsies you’ll find neighing under the hood. Rocking a 3.8-liter, twin-turbo, V8 engine, this ride from the F1 players has some serious get-up-and-go. You’ll find it at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show on March 4. Currently, all we’ve got are some pics and scant details to go on. (No pricing info at this time, but look out, it’ll be a whopper, we’re sure.)
“Everything we’ve learned from the 12C and the McLaren P1 has gone into the design and development of the McLaren 650S,” McLaren’s Mike Flewitt said in comments to USA Today, adding that the 650S has “enough downforce to give it good steering feel and aid in handling. The company also points out an “airbrake” that will deploy in the rear should the car sense a need for more downforce while tearing up the road. Other features include: LED headlamps, satellite radio and navigation, Bluetooth, and a rear parking camera.
