Did you know 10% of the world’s plastic pollution comes from the world’s fishing nets? Karun and Bureo knew there had to be some way to recycle the material into something useful, so they’ve up come up with the world’s first sunglasses made out of fishing nets. The plastic is sourced from nets used on the Chilean coast and is then taken to Italy where it’s then constructed into a frame and equipped with polarized Carl Zeiss lenses.
