Pre-packaged protein shakes you make in your protein shaker, bought from sports shops and grocery outlets, often contain an overload of sugar and preservatives. Here at Instash, we prefer to go the fresher and more flavourful route. We’ve listed some of our favourite recipes, in no particular order, and hope to encourage you to blend together your own protein-powered meals.
